am in the Gym. Join me for a fun, safe, effective workout. Low impact cardio, resistance training,
balance, stretch and breath work – all set to great music! Appropriate for all levels. Resistance bands and
weights available. No mats needed. Fee: $10 per class. Try the first class for free! Class is also available
