Class begins with a rhythmic limbering warm up followed by strength & balance exercise, stretching and relaxation cool down.

$10 per class

If you have your own mat, weights, resistance bands, Pilates ball or ring; bring them to class.  If not, there will be mats, bands and weights provided.  Also bring a towel and water.
