Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-10:30am in the Gym. Join Lori for a fun, safe, effective workout.  Low impact cardio, resistance training, balance, strength and breath work – all set to great music!  Appropriate for all levels.  Resistance bands and weights available.  No mats needed.  Fee $10 per class.  Try the first class for free!  Class is also available on ZOOM.
