A fun way to workout! All exercise formats, from Yoga to strength training! Great for people that play tennis, pickle ball, or any other active sport. Also a great workout even if you don’t play any type of sport. Proper warm up and cool down is also key to all of these classes.
All Classes are $10 per class. Please contact the instructor to sign up for the classes. If you have your own mat, weights, resistance bands, Pilates ball or ring; bring them to class. If not, there will be mats, bands, and weights provided. Also bring a towel and water.
