    Per letter I received. Security will no longer help me I am temporarily bedridden and can’t get up
    I never ask for help in a rush. Medical calls must always come first
    There has been a total change in attitude over the past month
    Not happy

    Another example of total change in helpfulness
    I dropped my cell phone which left me in a dangerous because I am bedridden
    I used my life line button so they could call security help.Security told life line they won’t help me I was to call NY State Police
    Very Bad
    A total change and not the good
