Library Information

• The Heritage Hills Library (HHL) is currently open Monday through Friday from noon to 3:00 pm and on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
• It is recommended that residents wear a mask while in the Library and in any Society building.
• Residents are encouraged to visit the library page on the hhsociety.org website to see what books are in the library’s collection.  The site is updated monthly.
• All books circulate for two weeks.  Members may borrow a total of five books, but only two of those may be NEW books.
• A book may be renewed for an additional two weeks if the book is not “reserved.”  To renew a book, call or visit the Library and the Librarian will give you a new “return by” date.
• Books may be reserved in person or by phone.  A reserved book will be held for five days.  If a book is not picked up in five days, the next member on the “reserve” list will be called.  If no one else has reserved it, the book will be returned to the shelves.
• All borrowers of books overdue by more than two weeks will have borrowing privileges suspended until the books are returned and the accrued fines paid.

These guidelines may change as circumstances warrant.
